Due to the change of the library system, user passwords have not been transferred. In the new library system – Alma – the passwords have to be reset. If you had filled in your e-mail address on your library account, you would be able to do it yourself via Primo by clicking Login, then Reset password and entering the library card number/UrbanCard number/Nasz Wrocław application number. A reset link will be sent to the provided e-mail address. The link is valid for 24 hours.
If the e-mail address is assigned to more than one library account, the password reset can be obtained only by providing the card number (library card number/UrbanCard number/Nasz Wrocław application number) and not the e-mail address.
If you did not have your e-mail address completed, please contact the selected branch in order to set a new password.
